Congratulatory Baby Card that reads: Many Happy Changes
This card has a circle die-cut in the center that exposes a stamped image of a Cutietoots baby powder container. The circle has been accented with embossed purple and the coordinating envelope was created by affixing small strips of the same decorative paper used on the front of the card to the pre-made envelope.
